Nassau Street Partners may collect information you voluntarily provide to offer the Service.
17. Modification
Nassau Street Partners reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Nassau Street Partners and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
19. Insurance

You cannot transfer or assign your rights under this Agreement without Nassau Street Partners’ consent.
26. General
This Agreement is governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved in San Francisco County, California.
